Charlesworth Bay Beach Resort, Coffs Harbour

The resort has a beautiful atmosphere with stunning views of the lagoon. My room was cleaned to perfection and offered a lovely little balcony overlooking the gardens, which I enjoyed during my mornings. The dining options were delightful and the happy hour was a nice touch. However, the service didn’t meet my expectations since my upgrade request seemed to fall on deaf ears, and accessing local shops without a car was a bit of a challenge.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while the room came with a lovely private balcony overlooking the tropical gardens, I noticed some peeling furniture that took away from the overall feel. The service, unfortunately, left much to be desired, as the staff seemed unresponsive to my requests. On the bright side, the location near the beach was fantastic, allowing for easy walks to the shore. I felt that the overall value was decent considering the amenities available, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.
